Prof Ephraim NGWAFOR served as Consultant to both General Electric Company and GE Aviation Systems LLC, (GE) and the Boeing Company (“Boeing”), through their counsel Sidley Austin LLP and Perkins Coie LLP, respectfully, in connection with litigation commenced against GE and Boeing regarding the May 5th, 2007 crash of Kenyan Airways Flight 507.

NGWAFOR & PARTNERS acted for Mr. Ken Talbot (“In the Estate of Talbot”) through his Counsel Minter Ellison Lawyers. Mr. Talbot was killed when the CASA C-212 Aviocar aircraft operated by Societé Aéro- Service Afirigo on which he was travelling from Yaoundé, Cameroon, impacted with some terrain in the Republic of Congo on 19th June, 2010.

Prof Ephraim NGWAFOR prepared an affidavit for the above Law firm in a matter in connection with a motion to stay or dismiss a civil action pending in Los Angeles, between MONEYGRAM PAYMENT SYSTEMS, INC; a Delaware Corporation ( Plaintiff) Vs CONTINENTAL EXCHANGE SOLUTIONS, INC; albla RIA FINANCIAL SERVICES, a Delaware Corporation (Defendant).

Prof Ephraim NGWAFOR’s Affidavit was used by the above court in the case of MBI Group, Inc, et al (Plaintiffs) Vs Credit Foncier du Cameroun and The Government of the Republic of Cameroon (Defendants).

NGWAFOR & PARTNERS served as Counsel for the above State Corporation on Civil Aviation.
6. HYDROCARBONS PRICES STABILISATION FUND (CSPH)
