Adoh Lionel Ndeh

Lionel is a Senior Associate in the Litigation Department. He joined the firm in 2019 and specialises in Corporate and Commercial Law. He advises a wide range of clients on matters concerning the OHADA uniform acts, the Labour Code, and the Penal Code. Also, he regularly intervenes in general business disputes relating to contracts, real estate and other property rights.

Prior joining the firm, Lionel worked as a paralegal for twelve (12) months during which time he gained a practical understanding of the Common Law system. He subsequently worked as a junior associate within the Civil Law system for two (2) years, where he regularly acted for clients pursuant to the Civil Code.

Lionel is a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Courts of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and the Republic of Cameroon. He is a memeber of both the Nigerian Bar Association and the Cameroon Bar Association
