We have extensive experience in commercial arbitration at both national and international centres and currently represent an international cement manufacturer in arbitration proceedings before the International Court of Arbitration. We are also very familiar with the techniques needed in arbitration matters involving construction contracts, shipping, international trade, telecommunication contracts, and energy projects.

In addition, we can undertake alternative dispute resolution processes on behalf of our clients to resolve labour disputes, land disputes, employment disputes, finance disputes and construction disputes without the need for litigation and at minimum cost.
